Our Camps

Explore SFArtsED Summer Camps
June 13 – July 22

Kids can dance and play drums under the sun and perform songs from a classic musical. They can paint, draw and tumble. They can even dance with one of San Francisco’s most exciting companies.

From Broadway Bound to Exploration, from Fashion to Art & Design, the possibilities are endless.

  • Exploration

Younger campers experience everything from world rhythms and dance to singing and mixed-media art projects, from sculpture to theater and storytelling.

  • Broadway Bound Ages 9-14

Broadway Bound challenges young people with a strong interest in theater to train as “triple threat” singers, dancers and actors.

  • Art & Design

Visual Arts explores various aspects of and develops skills in visual art making. A curated exhibition in SFArtsED’s Minnesota Street Project gallery in August/September will feature work created in all Art & Design sessions.

  • Fashion

Students will learn garment construction basics and fabric manipulation techniques along with textile vocabulary that will assist them in the making of an accessory and/or basic garment.

  • Costume Design

From musical theater to Shakespeare, this session explores the creative and technical processes of costuming for the stage.

  • One-Week Visual Arts Intensive
