Visual Arts explores various aspects of and develops skills in visual art making. In Session 1: Paper & Ink: An Exploration of Cartooning, Illustration & Zines, campers will explore self-publishing techniques including cartooning, multi media illustration, and collage. Campers will leave with new ways to artistically express their point of view and their own zine (A DIY magazine).

A curated exhibition in SFArtsED’s Minnesota Street Project gallery in August/September will feature work created in all Art & Design sessions.
